  5. Wow! This is really neat. How do you incorporate the salt?? Do you mix it with the paint first or put it directly on the paper and paint over it?

    1. I’m pretty sure this technique only works with ink and watercolor. What you do is put your ink down on the paper, and while it’s still wet (but NOT a big puddle) sprinkle salt on top and let it sit until the paint is dry.
